Our rooms
Appealing rooms in various individual styles create a homely atmosphere in Hotel Hecht. Come and enjoy the comfortable facilities with attractive interior and feel immediately at home. A total of 38 hotel rooms have been lovingly refurbished and offer the highest standards for both a holiday or business trip.
Single rooms
Our single rooms (approx. 15m²) have one single bed (length 200cm / width 100cm), with their own bathroom including shower, WC, radio, direct-line telephone, hair-dryer, TV, safe and free Wifi.
Standard double rooms
The standard double rooms (approx. 18m²) are equipped with with two twin beds (length 200cm / width 100cm), bath or shower, WC, radio, direct-line telephone, TV, safe and free Wifi.
Deluxe double room
Our deluxe double rooms (approx. 25m²) are decorated in an individual style and have with two twin beds (length 200cm / width 100cm), bath or shower, WC, radio, direct-line telephone, hair-dryer, TV, safe and free Wifi. Some rooms have a view of the famous St. Mauritius church, others look on to a quaint side street and some even have a view of the surrounding mountains.
Junior-Suite
Our junior suites (approx. 30m²) have with two twin beds (length 200cm / width 100cm), a comfortable seating area and a beautiful interior with special care to detail given. They are all equipped with bath and shower, WC, radio, direct-line telephone, hairdryer, TV, safe and free Wifi.
GOOD TO KNOW
The price of your stay is calculated per room and per night and includes breakfast from our breakfast buffet. The visitor’s tax of CHF 2.50 per person per night will be added to the price of your stay.
Appenzell holiday discount card
If you book a stay for 3 nights or more you are entitled to the Appenzell holiday discount card. With this card you can benefit from over 20 free offers in the region.
Check in/Check out
Your room is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and until 12 noon on the day of your departure. Should you plan to arrive after 8:30 pm, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is available from 7am until 10am on the first floor.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms.
Parking
You will find public parking lots very close to the hotel on the «Brauereiparkplatz».
Extra beds
We have cots and extra/sofa beds for an additional price.
